Depression recovery comes one step at a time. Posted by u/Potey

I too have struggled with depressive clutters for about 4 years now and I really feel the sense of accomplishment in this photo. Good for you, person.

My whole house is a depression clutter. But I’m working on it. Slowly but surely.

My room looks like this at the moment. When I get some time to myself this week I actually look forward to tackling it.

I’m in the process of bringing my home back from this chaos. Between depressive state and the chaos of my summer, my office turned into a goddamn dumping zone. Yesterday I finished all of my dishes for the first time in months (it’s been a nonstop rotation).
